Studio Time and Reservations

• Confirmation of studio time requires authorized purchase orders and/or a deposit that will be assessed at the time of booking your project. Start time is considered the agreed time to begin; late arrivals and no shows will be charged from start time.
• 45 (forty-five) minutes of setup time is available on request.
• Lockout and block rates are available upon request.
• Two hour minimum

• Cancellations and session changes must be made 72 hours (three days) in advance of scheduled time or loss of deposit will occur.
• All bookings are considered tentative or on hold unless deposits have been received.

• We accept checks with proper identification and money orders.
• Balance due for services and supplies are payable at the conclusion of each day's session unless prior arrangements have been made.
• Block time is to be paid with one half of the discussed sum made in advance to obtain block rates.
• All media (tapes, hard drives, CD's, etc...) will remain the property of The Troubadour until the balance due is paid in full.
• Costs incurred by The Troubadour at client's request (equipment rental, shipping charges, hotel reservations, etc...) will be charged to the client at cost plus a nominal handling fee, unless prior arrangements have been made.

• The property, media on hard drives, and tapes of our clients are stored at The Troubadour only at the sole risk of the client.
• The Troubadour is NOT responsible for the loss of or damage to client's property during a continuing session.

Location:
The studio is located in Lockhart, TX just 29 miles from downtown Austin and 15 miles from downtown San Marcos.

Accommodations:
If you are planing to do a long-term project, we can help with accommodating you. Catering and meals can also be provided with advanced notice.
